Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the gold standard in evidence-based autism intervention. At NeuroVaughan Autism Clinic, our ABA therapy programs are designed to help children develop essential life skills, improve communication, enhance social interactions, and reduce challenging behaviors. We use proven techniques that break down complex skills into manageable steps, use positive reinforcement to encourage growth, and track progress through detailed data collection.
Our ABA therapy begins with a comprehensive assessment to understand your child’s unique profile—their strengths, challenges, interests, and learning style. Based on this evaluation, our team under the approval of Board Certified Behavior Analysts develop an individualized treatment plan with specific, measurable goals.
Therapy sessions are structured yet flexible, using positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors and teach new skills. Complex skills are broken down into smaller, teachable components, making learning manageable and successful. Every session includes data collection to track progress, and we regularly review and adjust strategies based on real results.
Skills learned in therapy are practiced across different settings and situations to ensure generalization—meaning your child can use these skills at home, at school, and in the community.
